Refund & Cancellation Policy

Classes/Workshops*

Registration is complete when your form and/or your payment have been received. Upon receipt of registration, a confirmation will be emailed. 

 

For childbirth classes, the $50 registration fee is not refundable.

 

Upon receipt of the balance of the childbirth education tuition (required before the start of the first class):

• Cancellations requested 30 days or more before the start date will receive a full refund of the balance, minus a $15.00 processing fee.

• Cancellations requested 29 -14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund of the balance, minus a $15.00 processing fee.

• Cancellations 13 days or fewer before the class/workshop, receive No Refund.

• "No-shows” or students who withdraw before completion will receive No Refund.

 

All cancellations must be in writing (e-mail is acceptable).

 

*Make-up classes offered at uBirth's discretion and may incur a fee.
